All Acorn Hill cheeses are made with milk from our dairy goats or cow milk from another local farm. Our goats are raised using organic management practices and browse as weather permits and are fed hay, organic soy and corn free grain and organic alfalfa pellets. The cow milk that we use is certified rbgh free and comes from a nearby family farm.  We use vegetarian rennet when making our cheeses and flavor some of the cheeses using organic herbs and spices. 
 
 
 

GOAT MILK CHEESES:

Cheddar, Montasio, Feta, Tomme au Marc made with raw milk and aged for the best flavor.
Chevre and fromage blanc plain or paired with organic herbs and made fresh each week.
Whole milk ricotta fresh and delicate.
 

COW MILK CHEESES:

Washed curd style cheeses.... gouda, jack, colby...... made with raw milk and aged 60 days.

 

 
 
 

Chocolate and peanut butter goodness in a slightly less sweet and very smooth and creamy confection.
