Each year we have a limited supply of chevon available for our customers. Chevon (goat) is one of the healthiest choices for red meat being very low in fat, low cholesterol, and high in protien.
Typically chevon is available in mid-summer and into the winter months. We only bring a limited amount of meat to farmers' markets so it is a good idea to contact us to pre-order for larger orders or specific cuts.
November 2012 - We have only a shoulder roast or two in the freezer but we will have a new supply of meat late in the month (the storms stopped us from picking up the meat earlier). We highly recommend pre-ordering to assure getting your favorite cuts.
